Fifth Quarter is one of the funkiest improvisational bands in the DC metro area, known for dance-inducing, head-shaking jams.

The band plays original compositions and interpretive covers across a range of genres, including funk, blues, rock, Motown, reggae, alternative, new wave, post-punk and more.

Fifth Quarter performs at bars, musical and art festivals, breweries, community pools, block parties, and private events.  Join us and we’ll put the groove in your shoes and the funk in your trunk!
